Steve wrote and produced the video Every Young Man’s Battle based on the book by the same name.  The video is distributed by Waterbrook Press (Random House).  It has won two awards including a Telly and has sold over 40,000 copies.

Steve wrote a political humor book which led to him protraying a comic character (Congressman) on a syndicated radio talk show. Steve has written speeches for political candidates. 

Steve’s past experience has included pastor, youth pastor, high school football chaplain and adjunct college professor in business, drama and economics.  He received first hand knowledge of the workings of government as a policy consultant in the Jobs Program in the Indiana Department of Family Services.  He chose to produce videos because he feels it is an effective means of reaching young people and a large percentage of adults who are not inclined to read. 

Steve is an ordained minister with an M. Div. degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary and also has an MBA from Arizona State University. Steve and his wife Edythe, a retired college librarian, live in Gambier, Ohio and have two grown sons.
